Discord is a chat site increasingly under too many outsite agents or entitys that are allowed to enact laws and censorship under too many juresdiction that are not recognized by gen-rx.

We can't have a free server if it can be used as a vehicle to threaten members, what happen to our discord server was exactly that

We can't have privacy in a server where conversations from 5 years ago, which have their own context, time and place to be open to anyone who joins later

mIRC solves all of these problems, and the official server of Generation-RX is in IRC, we may have temporary chat servers in other platforms, but the entire work is being done to use IRC
